About me

I first came across Massage when I lived in California in 1992 and when I came home to the UK, decided to train in Remedial Massage at The Northern Institute Of Massage www.nim.co.uk 

I graduated in 1995 where my treatments ranged from general relaxation and stress relief, sports injuries/rehabilitation such as muscle strains and sprains to medical ailments.

As time passed and Massage Therapy began to open up doors to other therapies, I moved to London and decided to introduce myself to Craniosacral Therapy in 2003, since which I have gained 7 years of experience. I trained at The Upledger Institute www.upledger.com  where Craniosacral Therapy opened up my life and deepened my knowledge and faith in the bodies natural ability to heal.

Qualified in Remedial Massage Therapy with the Northern Institute of Massage (diploma). Insured and a Network Member of Embody (the relevent trade body).
